Troubleshooting Steps:

1.Check Fuel Level and Quality:

Ensure there’s enough fuel and that it hasn’t gone bad. Stale fuel can prevent the engine from starting.

2.Inspect the Fuel Filter for Clogs:

A dirty or clogged fuel filter can restrict fuel flow to the engine. If necessary, replace it with a new one. You can find a compatible replacement here.

3.Check Spark Plug Condition and Gap:

Remove the spark plug to check for carbon buildup or damage on the electrode. If you find any, clean or replace the spark plug.

4.Clean the Spark Arrester:

A clogged spark arrester can reduce engine performance. Remove and clean it using a wire brush, or replace it if necessary.

5.Check the Carburetor:

If the carburetor is clogged, clean it using carburetor cleaner to remove debris from the jets. If cleaning doesn’t solve the issue, consider replacing it with an aftermarket carburetor available at our store, click here.
