1. Plugged Chainsaw Spark Arrestor
The spark arrestor is a small screen that prevents sparks from emitting from the machine. Over time, the arrestor may clogged with soot, causing the chainsaw run stalls. To clean the spark arrestor, you need to clean it with a wire brush. And if you see it too dirty or damaged, you’d better to replace it.
2. Clogged Carburetor
The carburetor mixes the air and fuel required for your machine to start and run. If the passageways become clogged, then the carburetor may fail to function correctly.
